Neil is an accredited specialist clinical negligence Solicitor having worked in this area for over 30 years. Neil has widespread experience of handling claims involving all kinds of substandard medical treatment. His expertise primarily lies in handling obstetric claims, having successfully concluded a considerable number of cerebral palsy claims and many more erbs palsy claims.

Neil joined Middleton Law Ltd in October 2022 having previously been group head of dispute resolution at Metamorph, CEO of Pryers and a former owner and partner at Simpson Millar.  Neil has experience of growing and managing teams of clinical negligence lawyers whilst maintaining his own caseload.

Neil has combined his work as a Solicitor with successfully running law firms and engaging in the acquisition of other firms, teams and caseloads. He also has a track record of executing transformational growth and change strategies in the legal services sector.
