Abigail is a member of Middleton Law’s administrative team, playing a key role in the firm’s client intake process.

As the first point of contact for the firm, Abigail is committed to ensuring every caller receives a warm, professional and understanding response from the outset. She oversees the management and progression of incoming claims, working closely with the legal team to assess enquiries and connect clients with the solicitor best suited to their needs, helping to ensure they receive the right support from the very beginning.

Outside of work, Abigail enjoys live music and loves travelling across Europe to attend festivals and concerts when she has the chance.
