The Scottish Abuse Redress Scheme was established to offer financial redress to survivors of historical physical / sexual / emotional abuse or neglect in care settings across Scotland.
Those eligible can apply to request an apology and redress payments ranging from £10,000 up to £100,000. Fixed rate and individually assessed payments may be made and we can advise on the process and relevant level of likely award.
