David specialises in non-recent child abuse compensation cases and has worked in the field of abuse and personal injury law for over 20 years. He has represented victims and survivors of abuse in claims against:

–  Premier League football clubs

– Sports clubs

– Churches and other religious institutions

– The Scouts and other youth organisations

– School and education authorities

– Local authorities

David also has extensive experience supporting applicants through Redress Schemes, including the Lambeth Children’s Homes Redress Scheme and the Jesus Fellowship (Jesus Army) Redress Scheme. Additionally, he regularly assists clients with applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).

He played a key role in advising and supporting several Core Participants during the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA), particularly within the Residential Special Schools strand.
