Emily joined Middleton Law in 2025 after graduating from Pembroke College, Cambridge with a degree in Law. She has a strong academic background in private law, with particular interests in family, land, and medical law, and a longstanding interest in the NHS and the legal challenges it faces.

Emily is currently assisting with clinical negligence matters and is also gaining experience in other key areas of the firm’s work, including the Post Office and Infected Blood cases. She is committed to providing clear, thoughtful support to clients and is passionate about making the law accessible and approachable for those facing difficult situations.
