Sue specialises in employment law, having qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and can advise on the full range of employment law as it applies to both employers and employees/workers/self-employed including Settlement Agreements, other contractual matters and the full range of Employment Tribunal cases including unfair dismissals and discrimination of various types.
In addition to advising on individual settlement agreements for employee clients, or drafting individual agreements for employer clients, Sue is also very experienced at attending employer sites to advise multiple employee clients in back-to-back appointments on site.
Sue enjoys sharing her legal and HR knowledge with organisations in the fast-moving world of sport, particularly football. Sue understands the issues that are specific to the sporting world and can advise on the many legal elements involved in employment contracts for non-playing staff at a very senior level, and at English Premier League Clubs. Sue also gives employment law advice and HR support to Clubs.
